What is there in Catalònica?

In Catalònica you will find books, magazines and newspapers, manuscripts, incunabula, scores, sound, audiovisuals, objects, paintings, photographs and a long list of digitized or digitally born collections that are found in different institutions and that constitute the cultural memory of Catalunya.

How can I be part?

If your institution's repository complies with the Open Archives Iniciative Protocol for Metadata Harvesting (OAI-PMH) standard, just fill in the registration form and send it to catalonica@bnc.cat. 

If you also want to participate in Europeana, you must sign an agreement with the Biblioteca de Catalunya.

What can I do with Catalònica?

Catalònica brings together the digital collections of libraries, archives, museums and other institutions in Catalunya and, therefore, allows a joint search of all these documents.

What repositories does Catalònica include?

The added repositories can be consulted in the Collections section. 

On the other hand, in the Directory section you will find the list of all digital repositories in Catalunya, even if they are not added.
